Brain drain is a board term used to describe the migration of talented and skilled individuals from one country to another country in search of a better life and better job. the term brain drain was first used by the united kingdom in 1960 when the skilled workforce started moving from the developing countries to the developed countries ،It is also known as human capital flight
this is of growing concern worldwide, because developing counties have inversted in the education and training of young professionals
this results into a loss of considerable resources when these people migrate with the direct benefit flowing to the recipient countries who have not inversted in educating them.the intellectuals of any country are some of the most expensive resources because of thrir training in terms pf material cost and time
استنزاف العقول هو مصطلح يُستخدم لوصف هجرة الأفراد الموهوبين والمَهرة من بلد إلى بلد آخر بحثًا عن حياة أفضل ووظيفة أفضل، استُخدم مصطلح هجرة الأدمغة لأول مرة من قبل المملكة المتحدة في عام 1960 عندما بدأت القوى العاملة الماهرة في الانتقال من البلدان النامية إلى البلدان المتقدمة ، ويعرف هذا أيضًا باسم هروب رأس المال البشري.
هذا مصدر قلق متزايد في جميع أنحاء العالم ، لأن البلدان النامية قد انعكست في تعليم وتدريب المهنيين الشباب.
